Balthazar is an undead necromancer, who resided in the Gauntlet of Shar, until he met my group of heroes. Now he resides nowhere. :) He was working for the Absolue forces and was searching for the Nightsong in the Gauntlet of Shar. If you want to play evil, you can even help him with that. If not (like me) you'd do the world a great deed by removing this undead creature. He uses powerful magic and can deal lots of damage. And his minions can also hit pretty hard. He is related to the following quests: Defeat Ketheric Thorm, Find Ketheric Thorm's Relic, Find the Nightsong, The Chosen of Shar.
